1986 Alfa Romeo Spider

We are just the second owners and this car has been in our family for about 20 years. We are sad to sell it, but would like to find a good home for it. Very good overall cosmetic and driving condition. Has been garaged since new. The seats were re-upholstered about 10 years ago and look great. A wooden Momo steering wheel was added. Stereo was upgraded to a Sony AM/FM/Cassette/10disk changer with amp with Boston Acoustics speakers and removable Nakamichi sub-woofers. Stereo head unit needs replacement or tune up. Soft top in excellent shape (was replaced about 10 years ago). Back window is clear. Mechanically, the car is in great shape. Great acceleration and handling. It comes with an Alfa Romeo Spider dust cover as well.

Exterior color: Black
Interior color: Black
Mileage: 78,000
$8,000 OBO

1971 Alfa Romeo Spider
Original 1750 motor and SPICA system. Very good overall cosmetic and driving condition. The color was changed to red before I owned it. The engine bay and trunk retain the original light yellow. The paint is stunning.

Mechanically, the car runs very well. The transmission has a good 2nd gear and the clutch is tight. The brakes are almost new. New driveline, rear fuel pump, tie rod ends, Original stainless steel bumpers are clean and straight. A couple of nice bonus features on this car; It has a beautiful set of Cromodora Daytona wheels with almost new tires, and a good fitting Parrish Plastics hardtop. Soft top in excellent shape with a clear back window.

The car could stand to have the front seats recovered (covers on them now) but is otherwise a very presentable, good running and driving Alfa Spider. $9,500.

Car looks and runs well and it's so much fun to drive, an amazing bang for your buck. 185,260 miles, so you can tell it's been reliable! Non smoking owner. This is my 3rd Alfa Romeo; I bought another convertible with a back seat so I can pick up my kids, so this one has to go. $7,875. For any information please call or text Barry @ 425.495.9654. Wanted: a front or rear bumper for a GTV6. I'd like it to be straight but otherwise it can be in quite shabby shape, and hopefully free or near-free! I'm looking to experiment with it by cutting it down for aesthetic evaluation when installed on my car. Thanks! 206-290-4704, Merril Gordon (posted February 2017)

For Sale: 1978 Spider In her day she won People's Choice at a concours, led wine tours, and fueled that shifty Italian mystique with her intense lip-red gloss and top-down black cap. She was a hugger whose curves were perfection. Her embrace would caress you with tanned suppleness, and she responded to your every maneuver with a zooming passion that left you exhausted yet with a hunger for more; she could steer you astray, and her idle purr could drive you wild. The lady had class! Alas, cruising home from clubbing all these years and living on the streets has been cruel. She can still run with the pack but is embarrassed at her appearance; she's mechanically healthy but she's lost her ferocity for velocity. She's still loved, but her tattered wardrobe, rag tag cap, and furrowed countenance needs a makeover; she's fighting melanoma. In the right hands she could be rejuvinated to her prior exotic beauty, where her maturity would be admired. Her family says this they cannot do. Can YOU? Do you have the heart to adopt her into your family and drive her to your home for long-term care? It starts with a serious offer at or about $2,400 directed to Brenda or Bruce Blair in West Seattle, (206) 938-8190 or them.
